Procedure

1. Mount the protection plates to flange/manhole cover. These plates protect the

internal surfaces of the flange ball from dust and sparks during welding.

A. Ø 3.94 ± 0.02 in. (Ø 100 ± 0.5 mm)

B. Max. 1.18 in. (30 mm)

2. Weld the flange ball.
