 Connect the ground of the actuator directly to the ground terminal point of the 

corresponding output on the VersaPoint connector. An external ground may not be used.

 The connected load must not respond in a hazardous way to test pulses. 

 

Electrical isolation/isolation of the voltage areas 

Important 

To provide electrical isolation between the logic level and the I/O area, it is necessary to 
supply the bus coupler and this safety module from separate power supply units. 
Interconnection of the power supply units in the 24 V area is not permitted. (See also 
GFK-2736 user manual.)
