7.13 Adjusting the Refrigeration Thermostat in
the Carbonation Unit
The ice bank temperature is factory preset to Level 6,
which produces a water temperature of 40 to 50°F
(5 to 10°C).
Note:
Do not set the temperature level above Level 6
without contacting Smartwell Customer Care.
1. Remove the two screws holding the left side panel.
One screw is removed from the front and one from the
back.

2. If ice is forming in the ice bank, adjust the temperature
slowly by turning the thermostat one level at a time.
Start by reducing the temperature to Level 4.
3. To access the adjusting screw, remove the right-side
panel.

7.14 Fuse Replacement
1. If the display screen is blank, the fuse may be blown.
The fuses are located in the back of the unit. Remove
the back panel to check and replace the fuse marked
with the 2 Amp fuse decal.
2. If the motors, water valves, or either of the control
boards are not functioning correctly, check and
replace the right fuse with a 5 Amp fuse.

7.15 Circuit Breaker Reset
If this circuit breaker is tripped, press the rocker switch
to reset it. If the circuit breaker continues to trip, call your
dealer or lease provider to troubleshoot the problem.
