b. Remove the two screws holding the right side
panel. One screw is removed from the front and
one from the back.

c. Lift and remove the right side panel and set it aside.

d. Remove the two screws holding the left side panel.
One screw is removed from the front and one from
the back.

e. Lift and remove the left side panel and set it aside.

f. Make sure the chiller's power switch is in the OFF
position.
g. Remove four Phillips screws and the cover from
the back of the chiller.

Remove the plug from the fill port of the ice bank.
Insert the 3/8” water line from a water supply
source into the ice bank inlet connection.

Slowly fill the ice bank until the water reaches the
maximum fill line on the overflow tube. Do not
overfill the ice bank.
Note: An overfill port is located behind the left side
panel. This panel can be removed to access the
overflow port but is not necessary if care is used
when filling the tank. To remove the panel refer to
Step d.
