program progress screen
Note: The degree of difficulty can be changed only
from this screen.
The program progress screen shows the time
remaining until the end of the program, the set
degree of difficulty; it also shows the active seg-
ment on the graph.
The degree of difficulty modifies the power deli-
vered, allowing the rider to adapt the training
according to his particular needs. This degree of
difficulty will then vary the power of each seg-
ment by the same percentage. The degree of
difficulty of training can be increased or decrea-
sed at any time on this screen by pressing the
right button (to increase the difficulty by 10%) or
left button (to decrease the difficulty by 10%).
To stop the training session press (long press, 3
seconds) the middle button of the cycle compu-
ter.
SETUP
To access the settings screen, select the SETTING
function from the menu using the side buttons,
then confirm the selection with the middle but-
ton. SETUP can be quitted at any time by pressing
the middle button for 3 seconds.
The modifiable settings are:
- unit of measure: press the right button to
select the British measurement system (miles
and pounds); press the left button to select the
metric system (km and kg). Confirm the selection
by pressing the middle button.
- weight : press the right button to increase the
weight and the left button to decrease it. Confirm
the selection by pressing the middle button.
Attention: To set the correct value, also add the
weight of the bicycle.
- age: press the left button to decrease the value
and the right button to increase it. Confirm the
selection by pressing the middle button.
- odometry: shows the total number of km/miles
travelled; useful, for example, for checking the
amount of road covered on the training roller in a
season. The odometry value is displayed in five
figures. For each figure, select the required value
by pressing the right button (increasing it) or left
button (decreasing it). Press the middle button to
confirm the value entered and go to the next
figure. The value can be reset as required throu-
gh the SETUP procedure.
- total time: shows the total time of training
done; useful, for example, for checking the num-
ber of hours of training done on the roller in a
season. The total time is displayed in the “hours
: minutes” (hhhh:mm) mode. For each figure,
select the required value by pressing the right
button (increasing it) or left button (decreasing
it). Press the middle button to confirm the value
entered and go to the next figure. The value can
be reset as required through the SETUP procedu-
re.
- Training zone (TZ): this is an indication of the
heart-rate zone in which the rider is working. For
a more detailed explanation of the calculation of
thresholds, see the TRAINING ZONES section. By
pressing the right button, the heart-rate thre-
sholds are enabled; by pressing the left button
they are disabled. Select the required option by
pressing the middle button.
- parameter relevant to the resistance unit:
parameter to be modified only on express request
of the Elite After-Sales Service. The correct value
is 0270.
