General display settings
Distance between widgets
Widgets are aligned on a grid. It is possible to set a general distance to be kept between all widgets.
This is set in percentage of the width of the screen.
Display rotation
The display content can be rotated by 90°, 180° or 270°. This allows using the display in portrait or
landscape mode. Another advantage is, that during the installation no attention has to be given to the
orientation of the display, because the content can be rotated afterwards. Also note that when rotating
the content, it can be stretched or squeezed, so the choice of matching images when creating the layout,
is of high importance.
Grid units
The number of grid units on which the widgets are aligned can be set to any number between 12 to 48
on the x as well as y axis. This allows very exact positioning of widgets, which is especially important on
large screens or when many widgets are being used.
