Warning messages
The following table (Tab. 8-4) lists the warnings flagged by the machine. For each warning, the table includes the warning text
displayed on the operator panel, the possible cause for the warning and, when applicable, the operations required to restore the
machine to normal conditions.
If you need to request an intervention by the technical support team, please refer to chapter 12 for details on how to contact
ELETTROLASER S.R.L.

Error 01 TEST SIMMER The laser lamp is not turning on.
•
Check the fuse;
•
Please contact the Elettrolaser
Customer Service.
Error 02 TEST FLUX H20 The cooling liquid is not flowing in the
cooling tubes, due to:
a)
The pump not activating.
b)
Dirty or torrid water.
•
Check the fuses and please contact
the
Elettrolaser Customer Service,
•
Look through the inspection slits to
check the color of the cooling
liquid and if any debris residues are
present on the bottom of the tank.
If this is the case, replace the liquid
and clean the cooling system.
Error 03 TEST TEMP H20 The cooling liquid has reached the
critical temperature threshold of 55°,
due to:
a)
Heavy machine work cycle;
b)
Insufficient liquid in the tank;
c)
The cooling fan on the side of the
machine not working;
d)
Too much dust or dirt lodged on
the heat pump.
a)
Wait 15 minutes, with the machine
switched on, until the error
message disappears; if the
message does not disappear,
please contact the
Elettrolaser
Customer Service ;
b)
Check from the side of the machine
if there is enough liquid in the
tank; if needed, top-up with
distilled water;
c)
Check that the fan is working; in
the event of warning message n°1,
the fan should spin at a very high
speed, creating a certain level of
disturbance. If this is not the case,
please contact the
Elettrolaser
Customer Service ;
d)
Clean all dust off the exchanger by
using a vacuum cleaner through
the slits. Do not open this part of
the machine, unless you have first
contacted and consulted with the
Elettrolaser Customer Service.
Error 04 TEST VENT PFC The internal power electronics
thermostat has detected a high
temperature due to:
a)
Heavy work cycle;
b)
Dust or dirt lodged on cooling fan;
c)
Cooling fan not working.
a)
Wait a few minutes for the error
message to disappear and let the
machine rest for approximately 20
minutes;
b)
Use a vacuum cleaner through the
slits of the ventilation grids to
remove dust or dirt. Do not open
this part of the machine, unless
you have first contacted
the
Elettrolaser Customer Service;
c)
Please contact the Elettrolaser
Customer Service..
