ATTENTION! Read carefully this manual before using the device!
The present instruction is an integral part of the general installation and use instruction attached to your
water heater unit. All of the general instruction requirements concerning the water heater installation and
connection to the water supply and electricity networks are absolutely in force. It is compulsory to follow
the requirements listed in the general instruction other sections.
This manual explains the features and usage of the electronic control unit, which replaces the traditional thermostat
and LED switch of the ordinary water heaters.
ATTENTION! This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision
or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be
supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
Your water heater is controlled by an electronic unit with advanced features - multiple user modes, including one
automatic self-learning set of references for unit operation and estimated power consumption.
The following pages describe the possibilities and management of a standard water heater provided only with
electric water heater. In the unit set together with instruction guides for the water heater with heat exchanger is
supplied additional guide for working with the electronic unit because it has additional features and menus related
to heat exchanger and water heater control.
The electronic block NHC-33, version 3.0, controls the processes of water heater switching on and off, heating
water, illustrates the operation of the anode protection, and prevents water from freezing. The unit has the following
operating modes: Heating, Delayed, Heat Timer and Smart control. When working in the latter mode, the control
block uses an optional algorithm which helps automatically to reduce energy costs and increase unit energy
efficiency.
In the block message field are output warnings, if it is necessary to replace the anode; presence of frozen water in
the water container; of in case of eventual damage. The block tracks the amount of consumed electricity and water
and provides both account and report on the matter.
The built-in electronic unit in the water heaters can run an electric power up to 3,15 kW.
Initial voltage supply to the water heater
When you supply voltage for the first to the device (after fitting and filling the tank with
water) the electronic control unit switches in Heat mode and the display shows the current
temperature of the water in the tank, the factory-set hour, minutes, and temperature to
warm the water to.
When the water heater works it is illustrated by a passing along dark dot on the graph for
working water heater located in the upper right corner of the screen and the flashing signal light .
The clock starts working.
In case of power supply interruption (disconnection of the unit from the auxiliary device) when the unit was switched
on, after subsequent power up the unit is included in the mode in which it was before the power failure.
WARNING! Do not operate the unit if it is likely that the water in the water container is frozen! This shall cause
damage to both the water heater and tank.
WARNING! Do not press the panel in the display zone! Do not heat the board and its protective foil!
The temperature indicator mounted on the device upper part of its body, indicates the approximate temperature of
the water in the appliance.
Switching on and off the water heater
The water heater is switched off from operation by pressing the button ON/OFF. The
display indicates by blinking the time and default date set in the unit memory.
The water heater can be switched back to heating mode by pressing again ON/OFF.
