Basic position
Leaning against the back rest, back stra-
ight. Handles at shoulder height with
arms slightly bent. Keep chest up.
Starting position
Extend the arms out to the sides until
a slight tension is felt in the pectoral
muscles.
Finishing position
Arms in front of the body, as close to-
gether as possible.
Exercise description
Hold the handles and bring the
arms together in front of the body.
Keep the shoulders unshrugged and
the arms slightly bent at all times.
Please note:
For people with shoulder problems:
Hold the handles at the lowest point.
