Access Point Configuration

Access Identity

This is the unique electronic serial number of the
controller. Each controller has a serial number
and this is used to communicate with the PC. If
the identity has been entered manually during a
system setup then the replace function should be
used when the controllers are operational.

Access Point Name

This is the logical name given by the user to each controller e.g. front door, goods inwards. The extended length
of the field allows up to 50 characters e.g. Building 1 Section West Door 28 Admin. The first 20 characters are
displayed on the current controller information.

Door Comments

This memo field can store additional details regarding the location or any other use e.g. temporarily out of use
due to building work.

CCTV

This allows you to associate an IP camera with an access point providing the facility to take a snap shot or video
footage of an event.

Door Schedule
