Loading Media

Loading Envelopes

Remove the lid from Tray 1, and
then open the front panel of
Tray 1.

Remove any media from the tray.

Slide the media guides to pro-
vide more space between them.

Load the envelopes flap side
down in the tray.

Before loading enve-
lopes, press them down
to make sure that all air is
removed, and make sure
that the folds of the flaps
are firmly pressed; other-
wise the envelopes may
become wrinkled or a
media misfeed may
occur.

Up to 10 envelopes can be loaded into the tray at one time.
