8 Troubleshooting

Caution troubleshooting and diagnosis of the bar feeder must be

carried out by a trained and qualified technician. Contact Edge Technologies
if a qualified technician is unavailable.

The PLC monitors various systems with in the bar feeder. When problems are detected with in

this system an alarm code will be displayed on the HMI. The following pages will list the alarm

number, the name of the alarm and the possible causes of the alarm.
