diagnostics  when  working  cell  is  suspected  to  be  polluted  or  for  lamp  intensity
measuring. Comparing the signal level noise and drift with connected test cell or
working  cell  shows  potential  problems.  When  using  real  fiber  optic  cables  with
working cell, the sample signal is a bit lower. Wavelength is set to the maximum
light at 214-240 nm.
