Make sure both O-rings are on the threaded connector.

Slide the PCB into the enclosure until the two tangs “click”.

Put  the  nut  on  and  tighten  ONLY  ½  turn  from  where  it  is  seated.    If  this  nut  is 

tightened too much, the connector will crack and the enclosure will not be sealed.

The module is now in EIB mode and can be on the EIB with a display. 

 

 

To convert a module from EIB to Stand-alone Mode 

 
The  process  is  similar  to  the  previously-described  procedure.    Note  that  in  EIB  mode,  the 

module will not show up in the device list of the Configuration Tool. 
 

1.

 

Use the Configuration Tool (software) to “Set to Stand-alone Mode”. 

2.

 

Install the jumper on JP4 in the module. 

3.

 

In Stand-alone Mode, the module will continuously broadcast data via 500 kHz CAN 

(programmable).    For  more  information,  refer  to  the  NH
