The steam nozzle is blocked
Clean the slots of the steam nozzle carefully with a needle or with a paper clip.
For this purpose, you can unscrew also the steam nozzle.
Attention: Do not loose the small gasket between the steam nozzle and the winding!
Replace the steam nozzle.
