BLUETOOTH PLAYBACK
Both devices must be connected before transmission between the Bluetooth device and the
radio can begin. This process is called pairing. The radio serves as a receiver for music streamed
from a mobile device.
If you have previously connected to a Bluetooth device, the connection will be automatically
reestablished when both devices are in range and Bluetooth mode is selected on the radio. The pairing process
does not have to be repeated. However, this feature may need to be activated on the Bluetooth device.
•
Press the Menu button to display a menu for selecting different operating modes.
•
Use the up/down buttons to select the BT streaming mode, then press the switch.
•
Switch on the Bluetooth device you want to connect the radio to and activate pairing mode there. The
device will search for Bluetooth devices within range.
•
When the radio is found, the Bluetooth device will display its name as “ECG RD 800 Intero-xxxx” (where
XXXX is the ID code of your unit).
•
Select the radio on your Bluetooth device.
