IMPORTANT:

When reconnecting the signal wires to the driver, connect the colored

wire to the plus (+) terminal and the black wire to the  (-) minus terminal.

8.4.3

The drivers can be field serviced by replacing the entire driver or having
the driver repaired (such as diaphragm replacement) by a qualified service
technician.

1.   Access the drivers by removing the front grille. Disconnect the grille’s 

LED lead.

2.   Remove the LF driver or MF/HF coax by unscrewing their retaining 

screws.

3.  Lift the LF driver or MF/HF coax from the baffle.

4.   Disconnect the signal leads from the driver..

5.  To reinstall or replace the LF driver(s) and/or the MF/HF coax, 

reverse the above steps.  Make sure the LF driver is connected 
with the blue+ and black- signal wires, the MF driver is connected 
with the and black- signal wires and the HF driver is 
connected with the red+ and black- signal wires.

IMPORTANT:

When reconnecting the signal wires to the 

driver, connect the colored wire to the plus (+) terminal and 
the black wire to the  (-) minus terminal.

8.5.1

AMPLIFIER MODULES

Faulty electronics are serviced by replacing the entire amplifier module. A replacement module consists
of the power amplifiers, DSP board, power supply, connectors and indicators, all pre-mounted on the
amplifier panel.

8.5.2

AMPLIFIER MODULE

To remove the amplifier module from the loudspeaker:

1.  Remove the 12 mounting screws. Notice 

the 4 corner screws indicated by arrows, 
these are not mounting screws, but jack 
screw locations.

2.  If the amplifier remains fixed to the loudspeaker after removing the

12 mounting screws it is because the amplifier to loudspeaker gasket is
binding them together. To free them, use one or more of the corner 
jack locations. 

3.  To do so replace the keeper screw from a corner location 

with one of the mounting screws already removed.
