Following dialog box appears:
Use the Check box "Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer" to
enable/disable the Auto Logon feature.
Check box “checked”:

Auto Logon is not activated
Check box empty:

Auto Logon is enabled, when enabling a dialog box appears for you
to enter the username and password.
