6. Hold the thread to be wound between the thumb and forefinger of the other
hand and guide it so that it is evenly wound on the bobbin

7. Stop after a few revolutions and cut off the excess thread on the bobbin side.
8. Turn on the sewing machine again until the desired length of thread is wound.
