The
mask
glasses shall be worn by all persons who are present
when flashes are administered, for better visual comfort. They form
a boundary to the area where the application of flash treatment is
prohibited (e.g. eyelashes, eyebrows, etc.)
USING THE ACCESSORIES
The
o p t i c
cartridge has a pre-
programmed ser vice life, which
guarantees a consistent quality of
light emissions, from the first to the
last available flash. It is supplied with
its associated activation card (only for
C
). The
optic
cartridge (and its
activation card) must be replaced when
the number of flashes has been
exhausted.
The
gel
used for flash treatment must be stored at ambient
temperature. It is used in a thick layer, and is applied
progressively as the session proceeds, in order to prevent
drying-out on the skin. Once
gel
has been applied to the
skin and exposed to flash treatment it must not, under any
circumstances, be recovered and applied to another
zone. Repeated exposure to flash treatment is liable
to change its optical characteristics. At the end of
the session, it must be removed from the surface
of the skin using a damp towel, or under the
shower. Remove
gel
from the optical parts of the
mobile head of the applicator using a damp towel,
then apply the
clean
spray.
Active Ingredients:
Methylisothiazolinone and Methylchloroisothiazolinone (MCI/MI).
Their quantity, in regards to the 3:1 ratio, is 0.0008 %. Does not any
contain formic aldehyde. Keep away from light - External use only.
Do not use on injured, burnt or infected skin.
The
stop
plate is constructed of a flash-resistant material. It is
used to mask an area where flash treatment is not to be applied (for
example, tattoos). The glass end of the applicator (optical guide)
may also be positioned to overlap the
stop
plate and the skin.
The
extractor
tool is used to separate the mobile head of your
applicator for the cleaning of the optical parts or the replacement
of the cartridge.
The self-adhesive
patches
, supplied in strips of 220, are used to
mask small areas which are not to receive flash treatment (such as
beauty spots). They must be applied after shaving and prior to the
application of the
gel
. It is then possible to apply flash treatment to
the entire area without worrying about beauty spots. The
patches
are removed at the end of the session.
The
fun
stencils are used to mark out zones which are not to receive
flash treatment, allowing localized hair growth to be retained in fun
shapes. They are to be applied after the complete shaving of the area
and the application of
gel
. The presence of
gel
will retain the patches
in position, to a degree. It is possible for flash treatment to overlap the
edge of these stencils, in order to ensure the clear demarcation of the
outlines of the shape required.

SPECIAL FILTER
The
special filter
is designed for highly pigmented skins. It is
supplied in an individual plastic casing.
The
pen
is used to mark out the area to be depilated. The work
pencil must be used before the
gel
is applied.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Only the
pen
pencil must be used to mark out
the areas which are to receive flash treatment. It has been tested
for the absence of reaction to flashes. Any other pencil may cause
skin burns when the flash is applied to the line drawn on the skin.

The
clean
spray is used to clean and maintain:
• The optical parts of the mobile head of the applicator:
- External optical parts: spray directly and wipe with a dry
cotton cloth.
- Internal optical parts: Never spray directly onto the internal
optical parts. Apply the spray to a dry cotton cloth, then clean
the filter (the flat element of red-coloured glass) using this
impregnated cloth. Complete the cleaning using a dry part
of the cloth.
• The touch screen of the device: Never spray directly onto the
touch screen. Apply the spray to a dry cloth, then clean the
touch screen using this impregnated cloth. Complete the
cleaning using a dry part of the cloth.
The spray must not be used until
the device has been unplugged and
the optical parts have cooled. If any
operation is to be undertaken after
using
, you must wait until the
fan in the applicator has shut down
completely before unplugging the
base. Amongst other functions, this
will ensure the correct cooling of the
optical components.
