SETTING UP THE HAIR REMOVAL TREATMENT

Select the “Hair removal” menu from the home page.
• Identify the gender of the patient

These icons enable you to choose between “woman” or “man” by clicking on them. The
selected silhouette corresponds to your patient and remains on the screen: the other
silhouette disappears.

Identify the main area to be treated

Once the silhouette has been selected, the names of the 3 main areas of the body are
shown. Press the main area that corresponds to that of the patient.
Female: face, torso or legs.
Male: face, torso or legs.

If the previous hair removal method of your patient was:

STEP 2
PREPARING THE PATIENT
• Patient has to be settled in an examination and treatment chair lying or sitting.
•
Skin must be clean, dry and free of any cosmetic product: make sure that no cream, moisturizer, oil or any other substance has been
applied to the skin.
•
Shave the area to be flashed.
It is imperative for the areas of the skin to be flashed to be completely free of all hair by shaving (and especially not by waxing, depilation
cream, electric epilator or by any other hair removal procedure). Shaving must be done preferably on wet skin in order to reduce the
aggressive effect of the razor.
•
Rinse the skin with cleansing water. After shaving, the skin must be thoroughly rinsed to remove cutted hair.
