Possible causes and Solutions
1. The squeegee may be impacted by accident during the
operation or handling of the machine, resulting in
displacement.
2. Adjust the squeegee: turn on the suction switch. When the
squeegee is fully in the suction state, directly turn off the key.
The squeegee will remain in the suction state. First, adjust
the partial pressure wheel not to contact the ground, gently
push the machine forward, and observe the contact state
between the squeegee and the ground.
3. Adjust the adjusting screw in the middle of the figure above,
and you can see the change of the contact position between
the rubber and the ground, push the machine forward every
time, until the rubber is completely and evenly contacted
with the ground, at this time, the nut of the adjusting screw is
fixed to prevent change.
4. Adjust the pressure dividing wheel of the squeegee, the two pressure dividing wheels shall be
lowered equally, first, make the pressure dividing wheel contact the ground, second, adjust the
pressure dividing wheel to make the bending degree of the rubber basically consistent under the
working condition.
If the squeegee can not be adjusted according to the above method, maybe the squeegee
bracket or squeegee suspension system has serious deformation in some place, it needs
to be checked by professional personnel.
Machine does not start
*Turn on the key switch, no display, no response to the operation
