5. Connect the assembly from Step 4 to the lower assembly as shown in

Figure 15

. Install the 1"

carriage bolt, flat washer, split washer and hex nut. Then slide the spring in place and use the
Nyloc nut to hold the spring in place as shown.

6. Install the two 3" studded band clamps to the lower assembly as shown in

Figure 16

. Note the

orientation of the band clamp adjustment screws.
