Use the IP Address screen to configure the switch IP address and the default gateway
device. The gateway field specifies the IP address of the gateway (next hop) for outgoing
traffic.

The switch needs an IP address for it to be managed over the network. The factory default
IP address is 192.168.1.224. The subnet mask specifies the network number portion of an IP

address. The factory default subnet mask is 255.255.255.0.

Info

If VigorSwitch has connected to Vigor router, it will use the IP address obtained
from the DHCP server on Vigor router. Thus, the user must type the assigned IP as

URL for accessing into the web user interface of VigorSwitch. If not, 192.168.1.224
shall be the default IP.

Available settings are explained as follows:
