Fitting the anesthetic gas receiving system
The anesthetic gas scavenging system (AGSS)
must conform to ISO 8835-3 and ISO 80601-2-13.
Observe the instructions for use of the
anesthetic gas receiving system (AGS).

Fit the receiving system on Fabius with the slots
resting on the corresponding pegs. Slide the
system down.

Use the screw plug (A) to seal the connection
not in use.

Slide the transfer hose (B) to the provided port.

Connect the other end of the transfer hose to
the exhaust port on the bottom side of the
compact breathing system.

Connect the suction hose (C) to the
corresponding port of the receiving system.
WARNING
Risk of patient injury
If the side openings of the receiving system
are covered, this may cause a negative pres-
sure in the breathing system and in the pa-
tient's lungs.
Always make sure that the side openings on
the receiving system are not blocked.
