Operation
Controlled Mandatory Ventilation (CMV)
For ventilator rates of 5 to 60 bpm.
NOTE : During CMV, the MicroVent ventilator limits the
minimum ventilator rate to 5 bpm.

When the patient has been connected:

Check display of minute ventilation and re-adjust
for the specific patient.
WARNING !
Observe pressure gauge in order to identify im-
proper ventilation. Operator must always be
ready to intervene if alarm indicates a situation
dangerous to the patient.
