• Refine the height of the screw press. This time of pressing depends on the size of dough
portion you want to split and curl. It is very important that this adjustment is correct for a
good winding dough of tacos.

If the dough dish door slides appear scratched by the star, you can adjust the screw stop of the
lever A to avoid this problem (Figure 6.8).
