OPERATING AND REPLACEMENT OF PRESS
6.1. OPERATION
•
Place the dough portion previously weighed on the rounding dish, with little flour and
spread the dough with your hands so it occupy the most area in the moulding circles.
•
Place the dish together reel it in post. (fig. 6.1)
