Cleaning the machine
• Observe the cleaning instructions.
• Clean the machine preferably at the end of the day
• After cleaning, dispense and check a drink (see "Last
check").
• Fill in the cleaning record card.
• When the display indicates an error message

• Only use the recommended cleaning agents that
have been approved for the food industry (slightly
disinfecting, preferably liquids, tabs, eventually grains.
Avoid powders).
Filing
• After opening, write the date of opening on the
package
• File the "best before"-date of the package used to fill
the machine.
• File completed cleaning record cards

Training
• Train staff on HACCP guidelines

• Implement the activities in the work schedules.

Rinsing and last check

• Close the doors.
• Place a pot, min. 1.5 l on pot platform.
• Press "Coffee with sugar".
• Afterwards press the selection button "coffee with
sugar" once more for initialising a second rinsing
process.
• Remove and empty the pot.
• Open the left door.
• Push rinse button at the lower part again and
close door.
• Swing cup carrier back in place.
• Clean the outside of the machine with a damp
cloth.
• Perform a test dispensing.
