3.5.2 Customers
Dotypos allows the user to administer an easy benefits program.
In the touch cash register you create customer profiles with bonus
accounts and in product preferences (see chapter 3.3 Creating cat-
egories and products
) you set numbers of benefit points. After that
each order is assigned a customer for which customer points will be
added or deducted according to his purchase.
You select/create the customer with the button CUSTOMER on the
main screen or in the tile menu. You can also add it to the order using
the button for order operations (see chapter 3.5 Start charging ).

The procedure for using the table map can be found in the online
user guide in the chapter Working with the cash register » Applica-
tion settings » Table map .
If during the activation (see chapter
2.4 Activa-
tion ) you selected the establishment type Gas-
tro , the table map is automatically activated.
Otherwise you can activate it in the Application
settings in the part Table map , where you also
create map pages and individual tables.
Once the table map is activated, it can be dis-
played on the main screen instead of products
and categories, eventually you can always dis-
play it with the button in the tile menu. You can
change the preferred displaying in the Appli-
cation settings by clicking on the item Display
settings .
