3.1.1 Immediate sale
Usually items are added to the order in Dotypos
by clicking on the product created in advance
(its tile on the main screen). In Dotypos you can
also add items to the order simply by entering
their quantities and prices in a simple calcula-
tor. We call this function Immediate sale .
The activation of the immediate sale calculator
depends on the establishment type selected
when activating Dotypos. If you selected Shop ,
the calculator will be displayed. It can also be
activated in
Application settings » Cash regis-
ter settings » Cash register mode (see subse-
quent chapter 3.2 Application settings ).
Working with the calculator is very easy. First,
select the VAT rate on the right side and then
enter quantity x price including VAT. For the sale of 3 products with
the price of 15 CZK per piece including VAT, enter 3 x 15 and then tap
on the button PRICE . Then, enter the total price directly.
The displayed VAT rates are based on the
Application settings » Tax-
ation settings . The same procedure can be used to enter items with
PLU codes. To enter use the button PLU . By tapping on in the right
bottom corner you issue the order (see chapter 3.5 Start charging ).
To enter the specific name of the item being sold, tap on the button
in the upper part of the screen. You can use the name of the cre-
ated category for the item name or use the button in the upper right
corner to enter your specific name.
