Labelling
Including all returns paperwork and labelling the package correctly enables us to process your
case quickly. Please ensure that a delivery note is enclosed in each package. The delivery note
should contain the following information:
•
Number of devices or components in each package.
•
Item numbers, serial numbers, designations.
•
Address of your company/contact person.
•
Reason for return, e.g. repair exchange.
•
Accurate description of fault.
In the event of returns from outside of the EU, a customs invoice with the real customs value
and customs tariff no. will also be required.
