Inspection, Maintenance and Adjustment

DL200TC

1.

Following fittings are greased daily, or every 10 hours,
for first 100 hours of operation to comply with new
machine break-in requirements. After that, greasing
should be done every 50 hours. If bucket is being used
in water, grease fittings immediately after machine is
removed from water.

A.

Bucket hinge pins, 2 locations on each side of bucket.
Arm link connecting pins, 2 locations. (Figure 46)
