Remove and inspect O-ring seal (6).

Remove seal (7) from the piston.

Disassemble each end cap as follows:

Remove O-ring seal (10).

Remove wear ring (8).

Remove u-cup seal (9).

Remove wiper seal (11).

Assemble Steering Cylinder

Tools Needed

Pliers 1

Assemble each end cap as follows;

Install O-ring seal (2).

Install wear ring (1).

Install u-cup seal (3).

Install wiper seal (4).

Install seal (5) on the piston.
