Before starting the machine after a gas conversion, a leak test must be carried out: To carry out the test,
open the gas to the device with the device

and use a specific spray type bubble detector to propane
gas or a specific leak detector for propane gas. All points and connections within the machine and also at
the connection must be carefully checked.

When the machine has been modified to work with a type of gas other than Specified on the
nameplate, it will be necessary to place the three labels that correspond to: the new technical
data, who is responsible for the conversion and that the control has been updated correctly. The
labels are inside the plastic bag of the new injectors
.
Place all three labels, properly filled in if applicable at the following locations.
The labels to be placed are those indicated on the plan as numbers 17, 18 and 19
Verify that you have successfully performed the gas change with the following checklist:

5 Attach the label 18 in the correct location.

7 Verification of leaks.
8 Adjust the burner pressure.
9 Verification of supply pressure within specifications.
10 Drip test in the presence of gas.
11 Checking the ignition sequence
12 Checking the correct flame.
In case of valid heat demand request, ignition sequence will be started. In case of failed ignition,
controller will try to re-ignite for number of times. If no successful ignition after programmed number of
retrials, flame lockout error will be indicated. The number of ignition attempt is defined, also equal after a
reset of the burner control.
