The mandatory aspects of the loading procedure are also labeled on the inner side of the container 
door. 

4.3.2.  Loading Procedure 

- 

Open the doors.  

- 

Fix the doors. 

- 

Position the tie-down straps at the rear seat trail 

- 

Load the container. Minimize the time in which the doors are open during loading. 

- 

Observe the loading instructions. 

- 

Tie-down the loading. 

- 

Close the doors. 

- 

Seal at least one handle at all doors. If only one securing is used, seal the right door.  

- 

Control the set temperature. 

- 

Acknowledge all alerts. 

- 

Seal the touch screen cover. 

- 

Place the necessary documents for the transport at the destined places.  

4.3.3. Handling Alerts after Loading 

 

 

Door open Alarm:  

Door open alarm occurs if a preconditioned container will be loaded, during a running system and 
temperature  on  set  point.  If  the  container  gets  sealed  you  MUST  quit  the  alarm  like  written  at 
paragraph 3.3.6.1 on page 29. If this alarm will not be quitted,  

the alarm “door open” will always be 

shown until the container will be switched off. Dokasch highly recommend to quite this alarm after 
the loading process to avoid any misapprehensions during the further shipment. If this alarm will be 
still shown on the display after it has been quitted, please immediately contact Dokasch.   

Temperature Deviation Alarm:  

During the loading process of a preconditioned container cold/warm air can stream unhindered into 
the cargo compartment. The container with a running sys tem register every temperature deviation 
that is above or below the range (-+3°C). If the container gets sealed you MUST quit the alarm like 
written at paragraph 3.3.6.1 on page 29. If this alarm will not be quitted, the alarm “Temp. Deviation” 
will always be shown until the container will be switched off. Dokasch highly recommend to quite 
this alarm after the loading process to avoid any misapprehensions during the further shipment. If 
this  alarm  will  be  still  shown  on  the  display  after  it  has  been  quitted ,  please  immediately  contact 
Dokasch.
