Automatic climbing formwork Xclimb 60

Mounting suspension profiles with
the enclosure

Bolt both ends of the Suspension profile Xclimb 60 to

the Horizontal profiles Xclimb 60 and secure the

bolts with 6x42 linch pins.

Attach a toeboard (min. 15x3

 cm)

to

the

suspension

profiles.

Mount scaffold tubes to the suspension profiles with

U-bolts 52 155mm.
Width-across 22

 mm

Nuts & bolts etc. required for each suspension profile

1 square bolt M10x70

1 washer A10.5

1 hexagon nut M10

Mounting backstruts with bracing
and enclosure

Prepare squared timbers on which to place the Back-

struts Xclimb 60.

Lay down the Backstruts Xclimb 60, spaced apart by

the exact centre-to-centre distance, and arrange

them so that both diagonals are the same.

Brace the Backstruts Xclimb 60 in the horizontal and

the diagonal.
Width-across 22
