Repositioning operation

Preparing new guiding shoes

➤

Mount the Guiding shoes Xclimb 60 (see the section

headed 'Anchoring on the structure').

➤

Move the pressure bolts on the guiding shoes into

the appropriate position.

➤

Pivot the guide cheeks to the front.

➤

Attach the crane suspension tackle to the head bolts

in the horizontal profiles.

Repositioning

➤

Hoist the unit for repositioning up to the next section.

➤

Detach the repositioned unit from the crane.

➤

Dismount all unneeded guiding shoes.

Pressure bolt

If the vertical profile is greased on the insides of

the flanges, this lessens the friction that occurs

during climbing.

Prevent parts from falling off when dismounting

If there is an opening in the platform decking,

the guiding shoe must be secured through-
