Check the distance between the guiding shoe and

the platform decking.

a ... distance between guiding shoe and platform decking

If the distance is > 150 mm, use an extra deck-board

to close the opening in the platform decking.

b ... minimum overlap: 2 whole deck-boards

Dismount all unneeded guiding shoes.

Pouring

➤

Apply concrete release agent and set up one side of

the formwork.

➤

Mount the positioning points.

➤

Place the reinforcement.

➤

Close the formwork and tie it.

➤

Pour the 4th section.

➤

Strip the formwork.

➤

Clean the formwork.

Important note:

If the distance between guiding shoe and

platform decking is < 150 mm, do not close

the opening in the platform decking.

WARNING

Prevent parts from falling off during removal of

the guiding shoes!

If there is an opening in the platform decking,

the guiding shoe must be secured through-

out the removal procedure.
