Verify the CD has “ProFusion XS” printed on the right-side of the
disc.

Verify you are loading the most recent update. The disc will have
the date created printed on them.

If your ProFusion XS is configured to receive its updates via Net-
work, it may have received newer configuration from a Network
update. Continue loading any CDs you received as your ProFu-
sion XS will update any content on the CDs.
