DEVOS -- Enterprise Video System

DEVOS

A poll is a multiple-choice
question that will be sent
to your viewers. Create a
poll and save it.

Start a poll by selecting the
“eye” icon. You will be
shown the poll and asked if this is
the one you want to show. Answer
Yes.

At this point, the poll will open on
all viewer’s screens. Give sufficient
time for your audience to answer and then close the poll by selecting the X icon.

You now may view the result in a bar-
graph. If you want to share the result,
select the center icon and the graphic
result will open for all viewers. You
can close the result viewing by
selecting the X icon. You can reset
the results with the third icon, and
you can reset the results of all polls with the Reset All function.

If you wish to save the results, use the Export function before you reset.
