CLASSIFICATION SYMPTOM CAUSES
8. Inverter 8-1. Spindle does not rotate (inverter alarm does
not go on).
8-1. (1) Defective power supply line.
(2) Leak in spindle motor.
(3) Spindle ON signal defective.
(4) Jamming of the spindle.
(5) Inverter controller defective.
(6) Main fuse blown by power surge inside the
inverter.
8-2. UV alarm goes on. 8-2. (1) AC 200V power supply is defective.
(2) Momentary power cuts occur.
(3) Protective circuitry defective.
