Fiberglass engine cowlings

closing locks
- repair any damage

Remove engine cowling

Visually check inside of cowling for wear
marks or other defects, Visually check
condition, attachment and security of air filter
assembly

Engine mount
3.2.1.
Visually check condition, attachment, security
of attachment bolts: engine-engine mounting,
engine mounting-firewall

Visually check condition of rubber isolators -
replace those cracked and excessively
deformed

Engine induction system

Check operation and condition of carburetor
heat and induction air box
3.3.2.
Visually check condition of induction tubing
3.3.3.
Check carburetor - condition, control cables
attachment, lubricate cables and cable
attachment fittings at carburetor arms,
inspect
carburetor drain pans for condition
and security

Visually check attachment and security

Check charging - charge if needed
