6. Unplug throttle to run wirelessly in Duplex.
7. Alternately, follow section
7.3.5 Duplex RF Scan
steps with a DT602D/
DE to wirelessly discover the UR93 settings, and join the Duplex network,
without using a LocoNet cable connection.
9.1 status Leds:
The PWR led is GREEN when a Command station and RED when
only a BOOSTER, and will blink occasionally to indicate the unit is alive.
The PROG led blinks when the PA and PB terminals are feeding power to a
connected program track during service mode programming (see section 7.1.1).
The NET led will be RED when the LocoNet is active, and will blink when it
sees good loconet messages. In system SLEEP mode NET led stays OFF.
The TRACK STATUS is a bi-color led and directly indicates the mainline track
voltage and DC balance. With Loco 00/analog activity this red/green balance
will change color to shades of red/orange/green.
The USB led will light blue if the USB port is connected and recognized by a
PC.
9.2 Front panel:
The SCALE 3-position toggle switch selects the voltage used by this
and may be adjusted as in section 9.3.
The MODE 3-position toggle switch selects system modes between; system
SLEEP, normal RUN and OP option switch setup [described in section 9.5].
The 7pin terminal plug has the; RA/RB mainline track connections, the PA/
PB program track and GR booster or system ground screw terminals. To run
up to 8 amps track capacity, connect a suitable DC supply to the 8A +/- screw
terminals, matching polarity. Plug in the PS615 into the 2mm DC jack to run
automatically at default 5Amp mainline capacity.
The three RJ12 LocoNet connectors A/B/C are all wired in parallel so you can
use these interchangeably to connect LocoNet devices.
In RUN mode press LOCO RESET to SOFT CLEAR all locomotives, as per
section 7.3.1. All functions are turned OFF and locomotive speeds set to zero.
In RUN mode press EZ RTS to enter legacy Easy Route editor. The DT602
Route editor in section 7.3.4 is an easier route editor method for the /
Evolution Express, so for simplicity the EZ Routes method is documented on
the web site.
