Single Transformer Systems
Most HVAC systems have a single 24 VAC transformer. These systems have only one R
wire which is connected to either the RC or RH terminal because the terminals are jumped
together. Connect the wires from the HVAC system to the corresponding terminals
according to the top labels on the thermostat terminal block. Refer to Figure 5.
