A fatal error means that the network access server cannot function. A nonfatal error means
that the network access server can function with reduced capability (for example, one serial
port not working).
7.2 Seven-Segment Display Off and System OK LED Off
Problem
Power is not reaching the DECserver 700 hardware.
Correction: Secure the power cable at the DECserver 700 and at the wall outlet and
check the fuse in the power cable plug (if applicable).
