09 MANUFACTURER‘S DECLARATIONS

WARRANTY

Warranty services refer to all product defects which are verifiably attri-
butable to material or manufacturing flaws. The warranty period is 24
months as of receipt of notification of readiness for shipping, but
following delivery at the latest. Damage which has occurred due to na-
tural wear, intent, and negligent or improper operation or usage is
excluded from the warranty obligation. This also applies to the use of
unsuitable care products, lubricating oils or greases.

LIFETIME

For this product, we assume an expected average product life of 5 years
as long as the product is applied for the intended use and all
maintenance and service guidelines.

DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY

With sole responsibility, DIETZ GmbH declares that the CANEO_E
wheelchair complies with EU Directive 93/42/EEC for Medical Devices,
Annex VII.

PRODUCT TESTING

The product is tested according to DIN EN 12183
The CANEO_E meets the following international standards:
- Requirements for static load capacity, impact strength and fatigue
strength in accordance with ISO 7176-8
- Requirements for resistance to ignition in accordance with EN 1021-2
- Reqiuirements for biocompatibility in accordance with ISO 10993
- Requirements for the wheelchair as a seat in the motor vehicle (ISO 7176-19)
