GUARANTEE
LIMITED WARRANTY OF JS MEDICINA ELECTRONICA SRL
Coverage. JS Medicina Electrónica SRL guarantees its product (the Diestro 103APV4R
analyzer) to the original buyer, free of manufacturing and labor failures for the term of 1 year,
from the date of its invoicing with the company or that of a distributor or seller duly authorized by
JS. The electrodes of the DIESTRO 103APV4R analyzer have a 6-month warranty, under the
same conditions established.
This warranty in the indicated term will cover without charge any manufacturing failure, as long
as the fault arises as a result of the correct use of the analyzer, or operated according to the
instruction manual. JS Medicina Electrónica SRL may, in the event of a failure, as it prefers,
repair or replace the defective parts, or replace it with a new one of the same quality, after the
return of the same. In the event that at the time of replacement you do not have a product of the
same series or quality (either due to discontinuity of production, lack of stock or for any other
reason) you may replace it with another of similar or even higher performance. If after a
reasonable period it is not possible to repair or replace the product, the user shall be entitled to
a refund of the purchase price as sole compensation.
Exclusions. These warranty periods do not include those parts or inputs that are spent or
consumed before the operational and normal use of the referred product. In these cases, the
warranty period will be as indicated in the operator's manual as "install before" or "expiration
date".
They will be causes of cancellation of this guarantee, if the product has been subjected to blows
or accidents of any nature, improper use, excesses or drops of electrical voltage that imply use
in abnormal situations, improperly altered, or repaired or installed by personnel not authorized
by JS Medicina Electrónica SRL.
The guarantee will be invalid if amendments or cross-outs are observed in the guarantee
certificate or purchase invoice, if the latter is missing, or no date has been established in it.
Limitation. The warranty described above is exclusive to JS Medicina Electrónica SRL and
voids any other implied or express warranties, by which we do not authorize any other person,
company or association to assume on our own any other responsibility with respect to our
products.
Disclaimer. In no case will JS Medicina Electrónica SRL be responsible for personal or property
damages that may be caused by the use or malfunction of the analyzer, including its lack of
maintenance.
The clauses and conditions of this guarantee are subject to the legislation of the Argentine
Republic, and non-extendable, to the jurisdiction of the National Justice of the City of Buenos
Aires - RA.
