Activation
SET TO WORK
Turn the key contact to position 1 (=ON) and wait till the indication is
extinguished. Then turn the key contact further to position 2 (=START) to start
the engine. Leave the key when the engine is started. Don’t start the machine
when you are filling with CNG! The automatic speed control option has a fixed
setting on 50 %. When running, allow the engine to warm up at stationary
revolutions. Point the spray gun in to the open space and operate the spray
gun until the water supply is completely de aerated. Operate the spray gun and
adjust if necessary the spray pressure by operating the control stick. Follow
the instruction on the display of the engine speed setting. For the use of hot
water, set the temperature on desired value through the control stick and
by following the instructions of the temperature menu on the display. After
turning 30 minutes into bypass, the cleaner will switch off and an indication
will be visualized on the display (see left). Make sure that the valve is on ‘high
temperature function’ when you want to work with high temperatures!

S W I T C H
The main switch is a key switch and is equipped with three positions:
• ON: the JMB will be switched on electrically. After switching on, all sensors will
be tested automatically and the start process begins.
• START: as soon as the indication is gone, the machine can be started.
• OFF (STOP): by turning back the key to the left, the machine will be switched
off again.
Always switch off the contact key when you notice a gas odor!
2 C O N T R O L S T I C K
The control stick is a switching element with four possible switching positions
(left/right/above/below) and a zero position (middle). This coordinate switch is
suitable for simple navigation in the 4 selectable directions.
3 D I S P L AY
On the display you receive possible disturbances and the operating instructions
will be displayed if desired. You also receive a message when service is
necessary / desired, receive status info of the cleaner and check the machine
operating hours. Other operating possibilities will be displayed by means
of operating the control stick. The functioning of the control panel will be
described further in this chapter. The display screen will be disappeared
(powered off) when the emergency stop is pushed.
4 E M E R G E N C Y
S T O P
The emergency stop can be recognized via red push button with yellow slice.
• Push the emergency stop: the machine stops immediately at emergency
situations.
• Pull out the emergency stop: the machine can be restarted.
5 F U S E S
The electrical part off the JMB is protected by different fuses. The glass fuses
are mounted in the main electric box. The other fuses (main fuses power circuit)
are mounted in in a hub on a support frame.
