Step 2:
1. Fit a Seat support (13) onto both Seat adjustment rack (14) & front pivot of Front upright frame
(4) at the same time as shown Fig.-A; and then follow the same way for another Seat support (13)
as shown.
2. Fix the Seat (25) on the Seat supports (13) with the Hex bolts (39) & Flat washers (42), then fit
the Seat adjustment rack (14) to the square hole of Front upright frame (4) as shown Fig.-B, and
fixed by L-shaped pin (21) at a proper incline, put on the Small anti-slip clip (28) to the Pin (21).
3. Fit a Backrest support (8) onto both Backrest adjustment rack (9) & rear pivot of the Front
upright frame (4) as shown Fig.-B; and then follow the same way for another Backrest support (8)
as shown; finally, lock the Backrest (24) on the Backrest supports (8) with the Hex bolts (39) & Flat
washers (42).
4. To do Squat workouts, lift up the Backrest (24), align the hole of Backrest adjustment rack (9) &
Front upright frame (4), then fixed the Backrest at vertical position by inserting the L-shaped pin
(20); to do Weight lifting workouts, lift up the Backrest (24) and adjust the height of Upper cross
brace (7) at a desired level, then lean the Backrest (24) against the Upper cross brace (7) as shown
Fig.-C.
Note:
The designed Backrest adjustment rack (9) is not for loading capacity, only to keep a vertical
position when you do the squat workouts, and for other weight lifting workouts, should put
the L-shaped pin (20) away to avoid forcing the Backrest adjustment rack (9).
